I can't praise Jin's work highly enough. I'm usually a sceptic about doing much at a distance, but when I contacted Jin (from Dunedin) seeking flowers for a dear family friend's 90th birthday that I couldn't attend, she really went the extra mile. Not only are the flowers exquisite, but she delivered them herself, found that my friend was not in her villa at her retirement village, took the time to locate her at morning tea then presented the flowers on my behalf. Jin even took photos of my friend with her flowers and jumped through more hoops to ensure I could receive them.
Jin really provides first rate service and is a lovely friendly person to deal with. I'll be back.
